Meet Frankie
I lived and worked in Patagonia for the past four years. I lived in a town called Puerto Natales, Chile. The towns population is 20,00 and the estimated # of street dogs is between 2500-3500. I fell in love with Frankie the first month I arrived and promised him when it was time to move back to the states - he would come with me. I share his picture/story to put a face to the wonderful street dogs who need a home. Chile is a great country to adopt dogs from. Thank you!!
