Meet Frankie
Frankie rescued me 1.5 years ago when I saw him on a Rescue's website. I applied pronto but was told he'd been promised to another family. Hah! I thought. Little did they know, I recognize a soulmate when I see one, and he was definitely mine! I fell asleep uttering every prayer 7 years of Catholic education had taught me. The next AM, Frankie's foster mom called to tell me that the other family had backed out, and he was mine! Well, of course he was. I knew that the second I laid eyes on him.
