Meet Frank
Frank is 3/4 Frenchie & 1/4 Beagle. Frank ended up in rescue at a young age until he found his forever home with us when he was 8 months old. Frank is very mischievous and often gets in trouble, but he loves nothing more than cuddles and an afternoon nap with his mom.
