Meet Francki
Francki was rescued twice before finding her final home. As a puppy she was sheltered in Philadelphia then an elderly couple adopted her. One broke a hip so they had to put francki back in the shelter. She was with a foster mom for four days when we found her and brought her home almost four years ago. She's spoiled with love.
