Meet Finnegan Appa
Finnegan Appa is a rescue from Kentucky that is living his life here in the great state of Illinois! He loves the sun and the snow equally! He's super smart and a quick learner for no training until the age of 3 (he is currently 5 now). This boy loves everyone and everything (even small furry animals) he comes in contact with. A giant lover at heart, even though he had a rough start at life!
