Meet Elsa

I foster & seen Elsa on one of the rescue networks. She was at a local shelter, she was an owner turn in & looked horrible. She is an albino and had been left out. Her hair was missing, she had scars from the sun damage, & she was infested with fleas. The hair she had left was yellow. I had no idea she was white. I knew I had to save her the first time I seen her. She has brought new life to our older dog and loves everybody and every animal. She doesn't have a mean bone in her body.
