Meet Eliza
Eliza's dad was a full-blood Pomeranian, and her mom was a stray, who we presume is chihuahua and some kind of wire haired terrier. Eliza encompasses the best trait out of all the breeds packed inside a pint sized body (15 lbs.) Eliza is extremely smart, and most of the time I swear that she is human.
