Meet Declan

Declan is a very small Shih tzu. He was born February 7th of 2010 the 5th of 6 puppies. He weighs only 4 lbs at 4 months old. He has the unique distinction of having one Blue eye and one Brown eye. When I snapped this photo the pupils reflected Green and Red. He is a sweet natured loving little fellow with a soft personality and gives the best chin kisses. He lights up when you speak to him. Just a precious little man!
