Meet Cowboy
Cowboy is an older dog, maybe a Xolo or Chihuahua. He was abused and starved but is so happy now. He follows me into every room, like velcro! Super happy, very grateful and loving life!He is mostly skin but has grown some fur since I adopted him well over a year ago, no more has grown. I love the skin hes in!
