Meet Cosmo
Cosmo was found in a dumpster with his brother in Georgia. He was fostered at a rescue group and transported to New Jersey when he was ready to come home with us. He is a "nanny dog" and takes care of everyone and everything. He recently lost his older brother, Boomer and was missing having a partner in crime.
