Cooper is a rescue dog with a lot of life and energy considering he weigh only 7 pounds and a bad infection on his skin due to having thousands of fleas on him. Cooper has saved my life I was so depressed after I lost my best friend Rocky but Cooper has given me a new reason to smile and to get up in the morning
