Meet Clonet
Clonet (pronounced like Monet) spends her leisure time basking in any free spot of sunshine - whether it be on the corner of a comfy bed, outside on the wooden deck, or within a patch of light coming in from the window. She prefers to drink only from containers meant for much smaller dogs. Clonet spends her days waiting for visits from the UPS man. When she's not watching the door for guests to greet upon arrival with shoe or toy, Clonet is frequently coerced into giving copious amounts of 'five.' This lively senior shows no signs of her age while she swims for hours in the local reservoir. Upon returning home, Clonet pays close attention to her many 'babies' - squeaky pigs, cloth duck, hedgehog, etc., - by carefully checking them for fleas and trying, at all costs, to keep them from squeaking. While she falls into the terrier group, Clonet is also widely known as the cheese-hound after her keen eye for the savory snack. A stubborn dog, however, because she often only takes snacks from the hand after they have first been placed atop her white head. Bullheaded or not, Clonet remains the center of our household and the forever moocher of all things buttered.
