Meet Chuck

We adopted Chuck, a 3 year old Husky / Malamute cross, from a foster home back in March of 2011. He was always cared for and loved, but wasn’t receiving the attention and exercise that he deserved. As soon as we met him we knew instantly that he was the dog for us and our active lifestyle. We didn’t know what to expect from Chuck in terms of commands and behaviour as we didn’t have much information from his previous owner, but we quickly learned that he is very smart and well-behaved. Chuck is always a fan favourite where ever we go, and with his adorable floppy ear, is never short of gaining attention. We have been on so many adventures together so far; he loves snow-shoeing, and is even warming up to swimming (which is rare for his breed)! From camping and hiking to even canoeing, Chuck has been by our side everyday and is always willing to take on something new. We couldn’t ask for a better dog then Chuck and are so grateful that he has become a part of our lives!
