Hi, I'm Chow Mein! (Yes, my owner did name me after Leslie Chow from The Hangover). I rescued my owner four years ago on February 15! The shelter warned my owner that due to my large paws, I'd grow to be about 80 pounds. Four years later and I'm a whopping 25 pounds.
