Meet Chile

Chile with his toy we named Soggy Duck. Chile was adopted from the Waco Humane Society at nine months old. It’s a good thing he had so much personality……..it made up for his lack of manners! He is 1 ½ years old now and not quite the mess he was but still has a bit more to learn. One morning in his frantic search for me (I was out of his sight for 5 seconds) he trotted past the open bathroom door, put on the brakes and backed up to peer into the bathroom at me. He gave me his best ever Scooby Doo look, as if to say, (because we all know that dogs can talk) “rrrwhy are rrryou sitting on my rrrwater bowl?” Note to self: Teach Chile NOT to drink from the toilet. He cracks me up on a daily basis, with 100 pounds of silly puppy muscle running around doing silly puppy stuff you have to crack up, what else ya gona do? He’s huge for a golden, we could strap him up in a saddle and take kids on “pony” rides. We love ‘em something fierce!
