Charlie is a 9 yr old rescued from a puppy mill.. he's come a long way from the anxious and nervous demeanor when I adopted him to a dog who calmly meets other dogs and people. An old soul, he prefes to watch and sit back and relax than romp or play.. I love to dress him up and like the gentleman that he is, he usually indulges my whims..
