Charlie is the most handsome dog in all of America! i tell him that every day. He is the SWEETEST, most chill dog you'll ever meet. Everyone adores him, he's kind of "an old soul" kind of dog. Like a black teddy bear with a white belly (that loves to be rubbed!) and white paw pads, he is 30 pounds of LOVE!
