Meet Charles Woodrow

Charlie was adopted over 2 years ago from a rescue group. He had been in 5 homes in 4 years and had terrible separation anxiety. I went to a home to look at a female that was available, yet the minute I walked up the sidewalk, he saw me through the window and he just went nuts. He came right in an sat on my lap and wouldn't give me a chance to really look at the other dogs. I really wanted a girl so I said no and left. His foster parents called and said he went from window to window looking for me, and crying for 3 hours after I left. I went back, and yet was still hesitant so we went through this 3 times. Third time, he got in my car with me and that was it. I have been put on bedrest for an autoimmune disorder and he has not left my side since. On the days I am hurting more, he takes each step one by one with me. No human is capable of as much love as this little creature gives me. I thank God for him coming into my life.
