Meet Blue Sky

We found love at 8 weeks! We rescued Blue from Fauquier SPAC. His mother, herself rescued from TN, died shortly after his birth at the shelter. Blue found us with those eyes and his sweetness. We spoke to our vet and asked about introducing a young dog to our 14yr fGS. He recommended doing it soon as a patient older dog can teach a puppy canine behavior that a human cannot teach. It made sense. A country drive with Molly turned into a joyful new family member. We love The Blue Sky!

Nicknames Blue has several alias BlueBoy, BlueCheese, BlueBee, Nugget, Cimici (dei letti -bed bug in Italian) and The Blue.
Dislikes Blue knows the word "leave" but would rather run off with whatever is in his mouth at the time.
Foods Blue thinks his favorite food is whatever we're eating. He loves "high value" training treats like fresh cooked chicken or turkey, carrots or apple bits.
Pastimes He loves dog puzzles games, find objects (most food tidbits under bowls), jumping over, under and around anything. He's living up to the Border Collie reputation for intelligence always ready for a "thinking" challenge.
