Meet Betty

This dog loves to be loved A bit shy at first but once she trusts you, she wants cuddles as often as possible. Rescued from a puppy mill at age 5, she was almost 6 when I got her, (probably wasn't producing big enough litters ) She had luxating patellas in both back legs, a horrible bladder infection that had her bladder the size of an orange, & multiple skin lesions from lack of grooming. As you can see- that is all behind her at 7 And she loves being dressed up, and told how cute she is!

Foods Her kibble ( Special vet formula for urine crystals, which the vet said most dogs do not like); cooked carrots, green beans; squash; or whatever plain steamed veggie Mommy eats; beef, chicken & salmon ( plain)
Pastimes carrying her fuzzy snowballs or socks from room to room, following mommy around; getting snuggles & belly rubs; watching doggie videos ( epsecially if there are puppies anywhere in it) learning new tricks ( for treats)
