Meet Baxter
There aren't enough words to describe Baxter. Everywhere we go we get stopped so people can pet him. He has this wiggle when he sees someone new and he literally bends himself in half with excitement. He loves other dogs, cats and humans. He is a friend to everyone. People stop and stare because of his beautiful markings but they fall in love with his personality.
