Meet Alegria

Just the sweetest, most considerate dog you've ever met. Alegria ( we call her Ali for short) will rock your soul. Her name means "happy" in Spanish. She doesn't like to be dirty and has even be known to hop into the shower with me with out an invite. Every one who has met her, even people who don't like dogs, love her. She listens and cares and has never done one thing to upset me. She absolutely loves presents. She opens them with care and savours every moment.She just turned 5 on September 30th. I've had her since she was 5 weeks old and even as a puppy she was a calm and loving soul. I think she likes to comfort people. This summer there was an accident on a lake. The injured boy layed on the dock, in the middle of the lake, in shock. She swam out to him with me and would not leave his side until help arrived, occasionaly licking his shoulder. She is a blessing and I am so proud of her.
