Believe it or not folks, my dogs are not always well behaved. In fact, we often shy away from attending on-leash festivities with Cash as a result of his over exuberant personality and the general public’s misguided reactions to his appearance (my feelings get hurt very easily when it comes to discrimination against my dogs).

However, this past Sunday we decided to throw caution to the wind and attend the Delta Community Animal Expo, an on-leash, dog-friendly fair for rescue organizations and businesses in the community to come together to support the animal welfare cause, and we’re so glad we did! Not only did Roxy and Cash exemplify perfect canine manners, but we also had the chance to meet many new canine friends!
