Hoarding – it’s not just on TV
No matter how hard I tried, I couldn’t seem to keep track of all my dogs’ toys. I knew we had tons of tennis balls, bones, squeaky snakes, stuffed dinosaurs, rubber rings and an overabundance of other dog playthings, but I could never seem to find them when hurriedly trying to placate my bored pups before leaving for work. I began to suspect that something off-hand was afoot.
I scoured the backyard looking for clues as to the whereabouts of the missing toys, moved heavy furniture to see if they had mysteriously wandered off to hide on their own, but found nothing (well, except for dog poop and dust.) Where could all the toys be disappearing to?
Here’s where, in Roxy’s den of thievery. (Aka the bottom bunk. Yeah, that’s right, my dogs have bunk beds, but that’s another self-deprecating blog post for another time.)
