He had a leg broken at the shoulder that the vet was not able to fix, and amputation was the only option. Doesn’t slow Skeeter down though! We joke that he doesn’t even know it’s missing. We got his “brother” gator 2 years later so he would have a friend to play with. Gator is sweet and soft, and loves to comfort his humans. She loves when you engage in a human to pet conversation as she will growl softly, with little barks in between. She seems to be in tune with her humans . If you sniffle, she will be right up in your nose with her nose trying to make sure you are ok. She is the best to wake up with and the most excited when you get home at the end of a workday.
