Meet Reagan
Reagan is mixed with who knows what. She is 7 years old and has back legs that look like larger versions of a Chihuahua's. She has bad knees, bad hips, bad ankles..kind of like my grandma. But she is a sweetheart always wagging her tail and giving anyone bunches of kisses.
