Meet Meila
Meila is a 6 year old Mountain Feist (for those of you who may not be familiar with breed, feists are closely related to the Rat Terrier, found predominantly in the South and are great all-around dogs. My husband and I received Meila as a rescue when she was just 3 months old. She was found by a compassionate stranger and brought to our local rescue. So fortunately for Meila she has never spent any time in a shelter. Meila goes virtually everywhere with us, including any traveling we may do.

- Nicknames Ticky, Pup, Raisinette (a testament to her beautiful dark eyes)
- Dislikes small children, going to the vet, being alone without her humans
- Foods fish, home cooked meat scraps
- Pastimes Chasing small game (squirrels, rabbits, rodents)
