Meet Louie
Louie is a 6-pound Shih-tzu/Maltese. His two main loves are his family and his toy frog. Louie has a white coat, with the exception of charcoal colored ears and a little spot by his tail. Louie loves people and people ALWAYS love Louie. He will be four years old in March. He is the happiest little puppy in the entire world and always has a tiny smile to prove it.
