Meet Dooley

Dooley was rescued from a neglect situation where she was caged for 23 1/2 hours every day for the first 5 YEARS of her life. She was rarely fed, flea infested and had a mammary tumor. She was emaciated to the point her internal organs could be seen and she has permanent vision problems because of the neglect. My husband and I took her in that condition, got her the proper care she needed, have given her the love she deserves and she has not spent one more minute in a cage since we got her. She is a loving, wonderful testament to the unbreakable spirit and love animals possess. She has put her past behind her and spends her days sleeping and bossing the rest of us around!
