Meet Carter

Carter is a shih tzu and bichon frise mix, also known as a teddy bear. He is a social little guy, loves people and other furry friends. He always has a silly grin. He loves being out doors, going for long walks, and hanging out at the dog run. He has an obsession with stealing our socks and throwing them back and forward across the living room. It is quite entertaining to watch.
