Today, Michael Bublé and Luisana Lopilato announced the launch of a week-long initiative to help dogs in need. From November 24 through November 30, DOG for DOG will be launching Buy One, Get One, Give One available at PetSmart across Canada.

In addition to one DOG for DOG item donated to a local rescue group for every item purchased at your local PetSmart Canada, every customer will receive a second bag free as a thank you for their support.

“As partners in the company we are passionate about helping dogs in need which is why we’ve invested in DOG for DOG,” said Michael Bublé.  Continued Luisana, “We’re so glad to be a part of bringing this important movement to Canada and our local community through PetSmart.  It gives everyone who purchases the treats the chance to help dogs in need.”

DOG for DOG’s mission is to help dogs in need by providing nutritious food and treats to rescue dogs with every product sold.

“At PetSmart we believe that every dog needs access to nutritious food,” said John DeFranco, president, PetSmart Canada. “DOG for DOG inspires pet parents to help dogs in need by providing them with the same treats selected for their own dog.”

“DOG for DOG’s mission is to help dogs in need and we are proud to be able to pay it forward with PetSmart. Not only are we providing healthy treats for dogs in need, but hopefully we’re also raising awareness around how easy it is to get involved,” said Founder and President of DOG for DOG, Rocky Kanaka.
