Memorial Tributes

We adopted Wendel from a rescue on September 28, 2012; they had recently pulled him for a shelter, who picked him up as a stray, where he had stayed for 4 months. We soon realized that he had no leash skills and had to be taught how to play with toys. He became part of the family the minute he got into our car to come home from the rescue. Wendel did not lack confidence, had a high energy level, went on daily 'hikes' and was a two time winner of the 'Best Smile' award at a local dog show that benefits the Humane Society. He is missed very, very much.
