Memorial Tributes

(April 26, 2004 - July 7, 2014)
By Mike & Kathy Darcy in Spokane, WA
Sophie was rescued from an abusive situation at 7 months. She came into our family and was given all of the love and support she needed to become a trusting, loving girl. She loved her brother Rocky & Kcatta who were also rescued. She loved camping, rides on the 4 wheelers, playing fetch in the lake and playing with her tennis ball. She never met a person she didn't like. She slept peacefully and secure in our warm bed every night. Sophie lost her battle with cancer on July 7th 2014. She let us know when it was time. Part of our hearts went with her. She was a special treasure send from God and we will always be grateful for the time we had with her.
