Chloe was diagnosed with IMHA on January 14th 2014 and died March 21st 2017. We did everything we could to save her but her little body couldn't fight this awful autoimmune anemia disease. It's been almost four months since she's been gone and I miss her every day. She was my best friend. I loved her very much. One day I will see you again my sweet angel.
