As promised, I finally unpacked my suitcase and sifted through the plethora of goodies I gathered at the SuperZoo pet industry trade show to come up with a list of my new fave finds. Here they are in no particular order:

P.L.A.Y (pictured above)

I actually got my Chill Pad from PLAY before going to Vegas, but they were officially debuted at SuperZoo so I feel like it still counts! I can’t say enough good things about these incredibly soft and convenient mats – I’ve washed mine numerous times and it’s still as soft and bright as the day I got it! We usually keep our XL Chill Pad at the foot of the bed because that’s where the dogs like to sleep, but it’s thin enough that I can also roll it up and throw it in the backseat of my car or on the couch if I want to protect it from Chance’s mishaps. Cash absolutely loves how soft it is and is constantly rubbing himself against it (he’s a glutton for luxurious fabrics.)

Salmon Paws

My dogs went absolutely CRAZY for the salmon jerky strips, but also really liked the Wowzers food topper. I love the fact that I can actually see bits of carrot and broccoli mixed in with the pieces of salmon. Roxy loves the fact that it tastes like salmon. Chance laboriously licks his bowl for hours after breakfast.

Hot Bows

I am not a frilly, pink, fruffy kind of gal, but when I saw this monster truck hair barrette I thought it would be perfect for Roxy! Fortunately for her, she has short hair, so Chance was my inevitable victim. However, Jeremy insists that our dogs conform to their gender stereotypes, so Chance wasn’t allowed to wear the hair barrette. So now I wear it.

Planet Dog

Holiday themed toys that are durable and smell like peppermint – that’s a good thing. And the dogs like them too; especially the "Snowball" ball which challenged Cash’s indomitable jaws.

Dog is good

Anyone that’s had the misfortune of witnessing one of my karaoke performances knows that I love rap, and one of my all time favourites has to be Sir Mix A Lot. This shirt works for me in so many ways. I do love big mutts, and I cannot lie.
