Read more...It's a delight when the mail bears gifts and today the recipient of an unexpected surprise was none other than Modern Dog's mascot, Kaya Wilson. A bit oblivious to her good fortune, I opened the parcel on her behalf and inside was a little black velvet bag containing a beautiful sterling silver, heart-shaped ID tag for her collar. The front of the tag has Kaya's name engraved on it and the other side has my cell # (just in case she gets lost). Beautiful yet practical, a lovely gift indeed

Read more...I received some good news this morning, the two beautiful labs, Cookie and Coco that I talked about in yesterday's blog have found a new home. Yay!!

I just got this email from someone desperate to find a home for her two Labs. After thinking that I had lost my own dog yesterday, it broke my heart to think that here is someone with no other choice but to give up her much-loved dogs and how very difficult that must be for.
