The Art of the Possible: Change Animals Can Believe In

If you are already involved with animal advocacy or would like to be, then Taking Action For Animals 2009 is for you! The theme of this four-day HSUS workshop is The Art of the Possible: Change Animals Can Believe In, and will be held in Arlington, Virginia, July 24 – 27th.  Meet others who have a common interest in helping animals while learning how to plan effective campaigns.  From training workshops, plenary sessions, exhibit hall, Lobby Day on Capitol Hill, cooking demonstration, rally to stop puppy mills, and much more, you’ll learn techniques and be provided with information so that you can be more effective in your advocacy efforts. Importantly, you’ll also make new friends and form alliances with people who share similar views.

Join the Humane Society of the United States, actress Ginnifer Goodwin (star of the hit movie, "He’s Just Not That Into You) and singer/songwriter Nellie McKay at this year’s premier conference of the animal advocacy movement (last year more than 1,000 people attended!).

If you can’t make the whole conference, you can sign up for just part of it. For complete information including agenda and pricing, please visit: http://www.takingactionforanimals.org/. Don’t forget to quote code MDog to get $25 off your regular registration!

Spread the Word! Help promote the conference by printing the HSUS TAFA 2009 Flyer and posting it in your community.

Help animals by being the best advocate you can possibly be.
