Those dreams have been crushed after the health inspector (a traditional villain in any animal-centric story—remember Ratatouille?) decided it was a health risk. It wasn’t the most glamourous job in the world, but he did it with pride, greeting customers with a smile, brightening their day, and becoming a local celebrity. He will definitely be missed.
