Meet Bulletproof Oakley

I was an owner surrender and the shelter was told that I was born with no feeling in my back legs. I wasn't there very long because someone came and got me and said I'd been rescued! I was then taken to this lady that wore a white coat and poked and pried at my whole body. She also took a pic of my insides and found a bullet near my spine. I am now with my forever family, and my journey begins. I will not let being different slow me down, and want to inspire others to do the same.
