Charlie

Charlie "Bear" was the Goofiest. Happiest. Clumsiest. Most Excitable. Loving. Genuinely Kind dog. He never had anything but a smile on his face and he never let you be sad because he was always happy, no matter what. He was able to escape from any fenced in area, and did so because he never wanted to be left out. He was one-of-a-kind.
