Our Emma was a rescue. She had been thrown out a window of someone's car on the Interstate. A kind hearted person took her to the shelter. My daughter and I saw her picture and fell in love with her.She adopted us, I believe :) She had many medical issues from her past, but never complained..not once. She was with us for 2 years giving nothing but unconditional love. She passed unexpectedly from a brain tumor.. but those 2 years were filled with joy and wonder and love. We were so fortunate that she came into our lives. Someday, she will be at the end of that Rainbow bridge just waiting for us to greet her again.
